Last updated: August 1, 2026. These terms govern participation in the official Moostrade B:PRO affiliate program.
Participation is by application and written approval. We may approve, reject, suspend, or close an affiliate account to protect customers, our brand, or the program. Approval applies only to the person or business named in the application and cannot be transferred.
Your commission rate, eligible products, commission model, currency, and any payout threshold or schedule are the terms displayed in your approved account or confirmed by us in writing. Pending commissions are estimates until reviewed. A commission is not payable for a cancelled, refunded, disputed, fraudulent, duplicate, self-referred, or otherwise ineligible transaction.
Approved links use a first-party referral identifier. When the visitor permits marketing cookies, the first valid referral can be attributed for up to 30 days. Attribution may be unavailable when consent is declined, storage is blocked or deleted, another device or browser is used, the link is altered, or technical and fraud checks cannot validate the referral.
Stripe payment events are used to verify purchases. Commissions can remain pending during a review and refund period. We may approve, reject, delay, or reverse a commission when a payment is refunded, disputed, charged back, duplicated, associated with abuse, or generated in violation of these terms.
Payouts are recorded in the affiliate dashboard. Your approved account may use a manual, monthly, or every-three-month payout schedule. Scheduled payouts are created after the applicable period and only include approved commissions whose review and refund hold has ended. Payment handling remains manual unless we agree to another method in writing. You must provide accurate payout and tax information. You are responsible for fees charged by your bank or payment provider and for all taxes, filings, and reporting obligations that apply to your earnings.
You may use approved links in honest reviews, educational content, social media, communities, newsletters, and websites you control. Statements about B:PRO must be accurate, current, clearly presented as advertising or an affiliate relationship where required, and consistent with our published product information.
You may not use spam, impersonation, cookie stuffing, hidden redirects, adware, misleading domains, unauthorized coupon listings, paid-search bidding on Moostrade or B:PRO brand terms, false scarcity, guaranteed trading results, fabricated testimonials, deceptive income claims, or incentives that create low-quality or fraudulent orders. Self-referrals and purchases made for someone else to obtain a commission are prohibited.
Approval gives you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use materials we specifically provide for affiliate promotion. You may not modify our marks in a misleading way, register confusingly similar names or domains, imply employment or endorsement beyond affiliate status, or create obligations on our behalf.
You participate as an independent affiliate, not as an employee, agent, partner, franchisee, or legal representative of Moostrade. You have no authority to enter contracts, make warranties, or accept liability on our behalf.
Either party may end participation at any time. We may update the program, commercial terms, or these terms prospectively. Material changes will be communicated through the dashboard, website, or email where appropriate. Valid commissions approved before termination remain subject to review, reversal, and payout requirements.
These Affiliate Program Terms supplement the Moostrade Terms of Use. If they conflict on affiliate matters, these program terms control. Swiss law and the jurisdiction provisions in our Terms of Use apply unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
